“Liquid” Text and torn paper
This is one of the resources I used to create the “snot” look for my “Congested” page, though I added a few variations with some clever colouring and level adjustments in Photoshop afterwards to be able to make it look less like water and more “snotty”.
This is the second resource I used for the same site. In the end, I used an image from Flickr as the paper instead of making my own, but the torn edge came completely from this site.
